I make these burgers as sliders. I divide the mixture into 8 equal size "meatballs" and then flatten them into patties. I saute them in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. When the burgers are done I put about a tbsp of pizza sauce on the top and then mozzarella cheese. I serve my pizza burger sliders on Hawiian dinner rolls heated up in the oven and split.
